Unicorn Smoothie Bowls (Low-Sugar Option)

Unicorn Smoothie Bowls (Low-Sugar Option)

These bowls are on repeat in our house this month. Unicorn Smoothie Bowls, two-ways with a low-sugar option too! I love these bowls because not only are they pretty, but they’re also packed with so much goodness. It always amazes me how much you can pack into a smoothie. I love starting my day off with one of these smoothies because then I know I’ve got a sufficient intake of greens, healthy fats, phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

I’ve been trying to be more aware of my sugar intake these days. Personally, my body does not do well with too much sugar so I’ve been more conscious of where my sugar intake is coming from. I think fruit in smoothies is awesome if you thrive off of fruit sugars, but I wanted to include a low-sugar option for those who don’t.
