This Pineapple Avocado smoothie is unexpectedly delicious! The avocado makes the smoothie really creamy, the fresh orange juice provides tropical sweetness and the pineapple adds the perfect kick! This smoothie is so easy to make, I even posted a video for you guys to show you how easy it is! As some of you may notice, I use bananas in almost all of my smoothies. I do this because bananas fill me up, make smoothies really creamy and sweet and add awesome nutritional benefits while helping my digestion stay balanced. I know for some people bananas can be difficult to tolerate, I had this problem for a few months too but I was quite lucky and it gradually went away. I find that using avocados or mangoes in my smoothies instead of bananas really binds them well, like a banana would. You can’t even taste the avocado in this smoothie, but it adds the perfect creaminess and is a great way to get in some healthy fats or something green if you’re not a big fan of green stuff (in which case, I will convert you – I promise!). This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C, so it’s great to have when you’re feeling a little run down. I think you will enjoy it as much as I do!
